摘要
'西气东输'管道全长3900 km,设计输气量为120×108m3/a,设计压力为10 MPa,外径为1016 mm,采用带内涂层的X70钢管敷设,管道沿线分布着10座压气站和11条分气支线。在'西气东输'管道达到120×108m3/a的设计输气能力时,全线投运的压气站和压缩机组数目较多。利用笔者自行研制的'西气东输'管道优化运行专用软件,计算了在多种条件下的稳态优化运行方案,并从输气工艺角度对计算结果进行了较深入的分析与讨论,在此基础上总结了'西气东输'管道优化运行的基本规律,对该管道投产后的运行调度及后期的增输改造具有参考价值。
The pipeline of West-east gas transmission is total 3900 km. long. The design deliverability is 12×108 m3/a. The design pressure is 10 Mpa. Its outside diameter is 1016 mm. It is made of X70 steel pipes with inner coating. There are 10 gas-compressing stations and 11 branch pipelines along the pipeline. When the pipeline reaches 12×108 m3/a, many gas-compressing stations and compressor unit groups will be put into operation. With the special software for the optimal operation of West-east gas transmission pipeline developed by the author, the optimal steady operation program is computed under different conditions. And the computed results are deeply analyzed and discussed. Based on the analysis and discussion, the basic law for optimal operation of West-east gas transmission pipeline is proposed, which provides the reference for the operation dispatching and rebuilding of the pipeline to increase its deliverability in future.
