摘要
目的 比较成人高等教育医学专业中全科医学专业和临床医学专业学生对全科医学的认知与态度。方法 对临床医学和全科医学专业应届毕业生采用问卷调查。结果 两个不同专业的医学生对开展全科医学教育的重要性、全科医学教育的适宜模式、全科医学教育课程类型的认识差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 不同专业的课程设置和教学内容对医学生了解和认识全科医学具有重要作用。建议加强医学生的全科医学教育 ,同时 ,开展专科层次的全科医学专业的成人医学教育 ,以完善全科医学教育体系 。
Objective To compare the cognizance and attitude to general practice in adult general practice students and clinical medical students.Methods With the method of questionnaire investigation, the students of clinic and general practice were investigated.Results There was evident difference in the significance, the suitable model and course types of general practice education among adult medical students of the two different majors (P<0.05).Conclusion The course offered and teaching content of different majors have great importance for adults to learn and know general practice. Strengthening general practice education for adult students, meanwhile, developing adult medical education of training school hierarchy is to perfect general practice education system and adapt the demand of community health service.
