生物反馈放松治疗对脑卒中后抑郁患者功能预后的影响

The Effect of Biofeedback and Relaxation on the Functional Recovery of Stroke Patients with Depression

目的 探讨生物反馈放松治疗对脑卒中后抑郁患者功能预后的影响。方法 经汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD- 17)筛选出伴抑郁症状的 12 5例脑卒中患者 ,随机分为治疗组 6 3例 ,对照组 6 2例。治疗组给予生物反馈放松治疗 ,1个月及 6个月后再对两组进行神经功能缺损及HAMD - 17评分并比较。结果 治疗组 1个月及 6个月后神经功能恢复与对照组间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,HAMD - 17评分两组间差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。

Objective To investigate the effect of biofeedback and relaxation therapy on the functional recovery of the stoke patients withy depression.Methods 125 stroke patients with depression diagnosed by HAMD-17 were randomly divided into treatment group with 63 cases and control group with 62 cases. The patients in treatment group were given the biofeedback and relaxation therapy. All patients were re-evaluated one month and six months later. The neurological function damage and the scores of HAMD-17 were compared in the two groups.Results The neurological function recovery in treatment group was more improved than those in control group (P<0.05); The scores of HAMD-17 test were significantly decreased in treatment group one month (P<0.01) and six months later (P<0.01).Conclusion The biofeedback an relaxation therapy may improve the function of Stroke patients with impression.
