上海市某社区中老年妇女自我保健现状及分析

The Self-care Status and Analysis of Middle-aged and Elderly Women in Some Community of Shanghai City

目的 了解社区中老年妇女自我保健意识和行为状况及相关影响因素。方法 自行设计问卷 ,随机选择老西门社区 4个里委共 4 0 0名 35岁以上妇女作现场问卷调查。结果 (1) 4 0 0名中老年妇女自我保健意识和保健行为不尽如人意。 (2 )学历高低与经济收入多少对妇女保健知识的认知和行为实施有影响。 (3) 74 2 5 %的妇女从电视、广播获取保健知识 ,从社区健康宣教中获得占 10 0 0 %。 (4 ) 92 2 5 %的妇女对社区开展妇女保健宣教有需求。结论 社区卫生服务应把普及妇女保健知识 ,促进中老年妇女主动保健意识和行为作为重要服务内容 。

Objective To explore the self-care consciousness, behavior status and other correlative influencing factors of middle-aged and elderly women in the community.Methods Designing questionnaire personally, 400 women aged 35 and older, who lived in Laoximen community were surveyed on the spot.Results (1)The self-care consciousness and behavior of the surveyed women wasn't satisfied.(2)Educational level and earning affected the behavior and cognition of the women evidently. (3)74.25% of the women acquired the health care knowledge from TV and radio, only 10% of them got the knowledge from health education of community. (4)92.25% of the women had the requirement for developing the community woman health education.Conclusion Popularizing woman health care knowledge and improving active health care cognition and action should be the important parts of community healthy service, strengthening the effect of community healthy education was also very important.
