The Evolution of the Social Network for Entrepreneurs in the Growth of Industrial Groups—A Model of "Net-casting"

企业家社会网络是一种具有重要意义的社会资本。文章在产业集群成长的背景中研究了企业家社会网络演化的规律。文章发现,产业集群中的企业家社会网络演化类似于一个"撒网过程":在产业集群出现阶段,企业家的社会网络主要由局限于狭隘区域的强联系所组成;在产业集群的成长阶段,企业家的社会网络主要由跨区域的弱联系所组成;在产业集群的成熟阶段,企业家的社会网络主要由地理范围更广的强联系所组成。

An entrepreneurs' network is a kind of social capital of significance.This paper studies its evolutional law, finding out that the evolution of the social network is similar to a'net-casting' process. At the emerging phase of an industrial group, the network consists mainly of the strong link within limited regions; at the growing phase, of cross-regional links, while at the mature phase, of the strong links in wider geographical compass.
