微创开颅法在家兔去大脑僵直实验中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨去大脑僵直实验的方法,以寻找一种新的、成功率高的去大脑僵直实验方法,以便在学生实验中开展。方法切开麻醉家兔头部皮肤,暴露颅骨及其缝隙标志,然后在冠状缝与人字缝的交点上沿,用直径为05cm的骨钻钻一孔,用刺蛙针刺入颅内直到颅底,同时向两边拨动完全切断脑干。结果家兔出现头尾昂起、脊柱挺硬、四肢伸直等去大脑僵直现象。结论使用微创开颅法做去大脑僵直实验与传统方法相比较具有以下优点方法简单,在钻一小孔的条件下可直接切断脑干,不出血且成功率高,可降低实验难度,易于在学生实验中开展,并节约学时,提高实验成功率。 Objective:To explore the methods of decerebrate rigidity experiments in order to seek for a new experimenting method with higher successful rate so that it can be more easily performed by students.Methods:The cephalic flesh of anesthetized rabbits was opened,and the cranial bones were exposed,and then at the upper position of the sutura coronalis and sulura lambdoidea's intersection a foramen was drilled with bone drill the diameter of which is 0.5cm,a stabbing frog needle was inserted into the inside of cranium till its bottom and come off towards the both sides so as to cut off the truncus encephalicus.Results:Such appearances of decerebrate rigidity took place in the rabbits as the heads and tails rising,the vertebrates rigidifying,the limbs stretching and so on.Conclusion:The combining experiments of decerebrate rigidity by the way of microcoraniotomy can show the advantageous features as followed: simpler,less bleeding with drilling a foramen and cutting off truncus encephalicus directly,higher rate of success and saving the course-teaching time.Therefore,it is easy to perform in the students'experiments and promote the rate of experimenting success.
