摘要
某型飞机在铆接弹箱滑轨支撑件时 ,先后发现两零件在零件弯边处存在裂纹。通过进行断口、化学、机械性能、金相组织方面的分析 ,得出裂纹产生的原因是材料本身固有的冷变形性能差、零件表面粗糙、铆接工艺设计及铆接操作等因素 ,研究表明 ,为获得较高的铆接质量 ,应对现有铆接工艺及操作进行适当改进 。
When a supporter of a missile cabin sliding orbit for some types of fighter was riveted, in the knee joint of two parts cracks were checked.Through the-analyzing of the crack surface,chemical,mechanical and metallography we have drawn a conclusion that the main reasons of the cracks are the bad cold deformability of the materials, the surface roughness, rivet joint technics designing and operating etc.The research showed that to obtain higher quality rivet joint the process and operation of rivet joint technics should be improved so as to avoid cracks produced.
