摘要
汽车可靠性在汽车系统工程中占有重要地位 ,是汽车安全行驶的根本保证。根据汽车总成的逻辑关系 ,建立了汽车可靠性的三种模型 ,描绘了模型的逻辑框图。按照寿命指数分布建立汽车可靠性评价指标 (可靠度 )。分析了汽车可靠性模型在汽车系统工程中的作用和应用关系。通过实例的分析 ,验证了应用优化可靠性组合方案能够提高汽车系统的可靠度 ,同时可以提高汽车产品的经济效益 ,并且保证汽车系统设计过程处于理想状态。
Automobile reliability played an important role in automobile system engineering and ensured it safty running.According to logical relationship of each department,three models of automobile reliability and stigmatized logical block diagram of the model were founded. According to life exponent distribution,evaluation number in reliability were founded. The paper analyzed effect and application relationship of automobile reliability models in automobile system engineering.By analyzing a case,reliability of automobile system and economy effect could be improved.Moreover,the design process of automobile system could be in ideal condition.
