摘要
家用燃气热水器与电热水器和太阳能热水器相比具有很多优点 ,但由于一些事故的发生导致人们对其安全性的信任度降低。为了填补燃气热水器安全评价的空白 ,给产品的设计和使用提供参考依据 ,以一特定型号的燃气热水器为例 ,通过RAC风险评价得出风险较大的事故 ,并对事故应用故障树分析 ,最后根据基本事件的特性对其综合评价 ,得到的排序结果比单独从结构重要度角度考虑基本事件排序更为客观。
Domestic gas-fired water heater has more advantage than electrical water heater and solar water heater. But some accidents reducing people's the faith on its safety. In order to fill up the blankness of gas-fired water heater safety assessment and to offer some reference improving the safety of product design and using,a typical gas-fired water heater is valued as an example. This paper gets some larger risk mishap through risk assessment of 'Risk Assessment Code', and analyzes them by FTA. At last, the paper implements synthesis assessment on basic, the sequence of assessment is much actuality than the sequence only from the view of structural point.
