中国西部部分贫困地区孕妇产前检查影响因素分析

Study on the influent factors of antenatal examination in West Poor Rural Areas of China

目的 通过了解我国西部贫困地区妇女孕产期保健现状 ,找出影响当地妇女孕产期保健的主要因素。 方法 对我国西部的新疆、青海、甘肃、宁夏和贵州 5省 4 0个项目县 72 5 9名妇女孕产期保健状况的调查资料进行单因素和 L ogistic回归分析。 结果 被调查地区妇女产前检查次数少 ,5 2 .2 % (3730 / 714 3)的妇女接受过 3次及以上产前检查 ,且 5 4 .1% (3116 / 5 76 5 )的妇女是在孕 4个月以后才接受第一次产前检查。 L ogistic回归分析发现 ,妇女的民族、教育程度、胎次、家庭收入来源、家庭经济状况、卫生习惯、村医接受专业培训类型、有无行医执照、村医安全分娩观念、村卫生室高压消毒锅使用情况以及村与乡的距离等 11个变量的回归系数均有统计学意义(P<0 .10 )。 结论 上述 11个因素是影响妇女产前检查行为的主要因素。

Objective To understand prenatal care in west poor rural areas and to find key influent factors of prenatal care. Methods The data of 7 259 women in forty MOH-UNICEF project counties of Xinjiang,Qinghai,Gansu,Ningxia and Guizhou were analysed by the methods of statistical inference and Logistic regression. Results The proportion of women antenatal examination was low 52.2 % (3 730/7 143) of women accepted three and over times prenatal examination and 54.1 % (3 116/5 765) of women accepted first antenatal examination after their pregnancy for four months.Logistic Regression analysis found that there were eleven variables'regression coefficients had significant (P<0.10),these variables were the nationality,educational level,the times of pregnancy,sources of family income,economical level of family,hygienic habit,the length of the village clinical doctor being trained,the village clinical doctors'attitude toward safe delivery and whether he or she had licenses practicing medicine,frequency of using autoclave in village clinical stations,the distance between village and country,etc. Conclusion Eleven factors mentioned above influenced the women accepting antenatal examination.
