摘要
本文以河北经贸大学文献资源共享体系构建为背景,分析合并高校文献资源共享体系建设的基本思想和指导原则,并且论述了如何设计文献资源共享体系的构架及其资源的配置。
On the background of system construction of document resources sharing in Hebei University of Economics and Trade, this paper analyzes the basic thought and guiding principle for emergence colleges to construct the system. The paper also studies how to design and allocate resources for the system.
