在翻译中注重文化的概念已越来越受到译者的普遍重视。本文以带数词的习语为例,首先分析对比了汉语数词和英语数词在文化背景方面的异同,接着分析了汉语数词和英语数词的文化对等关系,解释了带数词的习语在翻译过程中的困难及其原因,并提出了相应的翻译策略。

The concept of paying attention to culture in translating has already received the translator's general attention more and more. Regarding the idiom with the numeral as the example, this article has analyzed and compared the similarities and differences between Chinese numeral and English numeral in culture background, then has analyzed the reciprocity relation of culture between them, has explained the difficulty and reason of idiom with numeral in the course of translating, and put forward the corresponding translation tactics.
