本文对５６例慢性淋病患者进行尿常规、前列腺按摩液（ＰＭＳ）滴虫检查、涂片革兰氏染色查Ｇ￣－双球菌、淋球菌及普通细菌培养，发现ＰＭＳ培养阳性率较高，并对药敏试验结果作了分析。

The auther has examined in 56 cases chronic gonorrheal urine-routine,prostatic massage succus trichomonas,smear gram stain,culture of general bacteteria and gonoccuc,and found that the positive rate of the culture is higher, The drug senitivity test has been analysised as well.
