摘要
为了从高含硅、含铁等的氧化锌矿中提取锌 ,设计了低酸浸出、针铁矿除铁并脱硅提锌的新工艺。经探索实验和周期实验结果表明 :锌浸出率为 95 .5 6% ,铁、二氧化硅的入渣率分别为 96.91%、95 .95 % ,流程畅通 ,运行稳定 ,达到了有效回收锌和脱除杂质的目的 ,可为类似氧化锌矿提锌建厂提供参考。
To extract zinc from high Si and Fe zinc oxide ore, a new process consisting of low acid leaching, iron removal and desilication was developed for zinc extraction. The exploratory and cyclic experiments indicated that the process is characterized by smooth flowsheet and stable operation, and can achieve effectively zinc recovery and impurity removal, with a Zn leaching ratio of 95.56% and Fe and Si removal ratioes of 96.9% and 95.95%, respectively. Therefore, it is for reference purpose of similiar zinc smelters.
