摘要
以氯化钡和尿素为原料 ,采用均相沉淀法制备针状碳酸钡超细粉体。研究了合成条件对产物理化性能的影响。当氯化钡浓度为 1.0mol L ,配料比 (摩尔比 )为 :BaCl2 ∶CO(NH2 ) 2 ∶NaOH =1∶6∶2 .5 ,反应温度为 80℃ ,反应时间 6h时 ,得到分散性良好、长度为 10~ 3 5 μm、直径为 0 .4~ 1.2 μm的针状碳酸钡 ,其纯度大于 99.8% ,CaCO3含量低于 0 .0 3 % ,收率大于 95 %。
Extra fine powder of acicular barium carbonate is prepared using barium chiloride and carbamide as raw material by using homogeneous precipitation method. The effect of synthesizing anditions on physico chemical characterictics of products is investigated. When the BaCl 2 concentration is 1.0 mol/L, the ratio of BaCl 2∶CO (NH 2) 2∶NaOH is 1∶6∶2.5, the reation time is 6 h, 10~35 μm long, 0.4~1.2 μm diam acicalar barium carbonate can be obtained. The barium carbonate has a good dispersity, a purity of above 99.8%, CaCO 3 content of below 0.03% and a recovery of above 95%.
