摘要
采用正交试验法设计了 2 5 19铝合金的形变热处理工艺方案 ,按设计方案进行了热处理试验和力学性能及电化学腐蚀性能测试 ,分析了各因子对该合金力学性能的影响。试验结果表明 :形变热处理明显提高了 2 5 19铝合金的抗拉强度 ,而其抗电化学腐蚀性能有所减弱 ;形变热处理的最佳工艺为 :淬火温度 5 3 0℃ ,固溶时间 0 .5h ,变形量 15 % ,时效温度 15 0℃ ,保温时间 10h。
The scheme for thermomechanical treatment of 2519 aluminum alloy is designed by orthogonal test, the heat treatment experiments are made and the mechanical properties and electrochemical corrosion resistance are tested according to the scheme. Influence of each factor on mechanical properties of 2519 alloy is analyzed. The results show that the tensile strength of 2519 alloy can be improved obviously, but its electrochemical corrosion resistance decreases to some extent through thermomechanical treatment. The optimum conditions of thermomechanical treatment of 2519 alloy are as follows: an aquenching temperature of 530 ℃, a solid solution time of 0.5 h, a deformability ratio of 15%, an aging temperature of 150 ℃, and a soak time of 10 h.
