摘要 采用FAO推荐的点滴法测定了甜菜夜蛾福建福州种群对氰戊菊酯等7种药剂的抗性,以及4种增效剂对5种药剂的增效作用.结果表明:与敏感种群相比,2000年福州种群对氰戊菊酯、顺式氯氰菊酯、灭多威、毒死蜱、丙溴磷、硫丹和虫酰肼的抗性分别达112.8、338.4、31.6、772.6、288.4、7.3和11.1倍;2001年分别达687.2、3090.4、153.8、1981.4、734.3、8.0和47.9倍,抗性谱广,抗性发展迅速.4种增效剂对不同药剂均表现不同程度的增效作用,表明该种群为多重抗性.其抗性与多功能氧化酶,水解酶和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶的活性提高有关. Spodoptera exigua Hübner was collected from Fuzhou area of Fujian Province. Resistance to seven kinds of insecticide (fenvalerate, etc) and synergism of four synergists to five kinds of insecticide were tested by topical application. Compared with susceptible population, the resistance ratios of Fuzhou population were found to be 112.8, 338.4, 31.6, 772.6, 288.4, (7.3) and 11.1 folds to fenvalerate, alpha-cypermethrin, methomyl, chlorpyrifos, profenofos, endosulfan and tebufenozide in 2000. While in 2001, they were 687.2, 3090.4, 153.8, 1981.4, 734.3, 8.0 and 47.9 folds respectively. Test of four synergists showed different levels of synergism and the resistance of Spodoptera exigua of Fuzhou population was a multiple resistance. The resistance of Fuzhou population was mainly associated with the increasing activities of mixed-function oxidases, esterases and glutathione-S-transferases.
