摘要
不同诱导源均可诱导美洲大蠊(PeriplanetaamericanaL.)产生抗菌物质,美洲大蠊接种后24-168h,都可以监测到抗菌物质,但不同诱导源诱导的抗菌物质的抗菌活性有所差异.供试诱导物质中,大肠杆菌(EscherichiacoliK88)诱导产生的抗菌活性最强,其次为溴氰菊酯.当诱导菌悬液含量为107个·μL-1时,诱导后72h左右美洲大蠊产生的抗菌物质的抑菌效果最好,抗菌物质主要在血淋巴中,每头虫血淋巴的提取量应少于10μL.
Electron microscope was used to study the mechanism of bactericidal effect of antibacterial peptide. The primary targets were the outer layer and membrane, they were seriously injured and inner matterial leaked out. Bacterial cells became empty vesicles and tattered.
