摘要
目的 :探讨卵巢癌组织中诱导型环氧化酶 (COX- 2 )表达及它与突变型 P5 3蛋白之间的相关关系。方法 :应用免疫组化方法检测 98例卵巢癌组织及 2 0例正常卵巢组织中 COX- 2及 P5 3蛋白的表达。结果 :98例卵巢癌组织中COX- 2阳性率为 4 5 .9% (4 5 / 98) ,P5 3阳性率为 4 3.9% (4 3/ 98) ,正常卵巢组织中 COX- 2及 P5 3均未见表达。 4 3例 P5 3阳性的卵巢癌组织中 COX- 2的表达率为 6 9.8% (30 / 4 3) ,5 5例 P5 3阴性的病例 COX- 2的阳性率为 2 7.3% (15 / 5 5 ) ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,提示 COX- 2的表达与 P5 3呈显著正相关。结论 :卵巢癌组织中存在 COX- 2的过表达 ,COX- 2过表达及抑癌基因 P5 3的失活在卵巢癌的形成过程中可能具有相互促进的作用。
Objective:To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and its relationship to mutant P53 protein in ovarian carcinoma.Methods:The Expression COX-2 and p53 proteins was examined by Immunohistochemistry in 98 samples of ovarian carcinoma and 20 normal ovaries.Results:The expression of COX-2 protein was detected in 45.9%(45/98) of ovarian carcinoma, and p53 protein accumulation was found in 43.9%(43/98) ovarian carcinoma.Howerver,the expression of COX-2 and p53 protein was negative in normal ovarian tissues.COX-2 protein expression was detected in 69.8%(30/43) p53 accumulation of 43 ovarian carcinoma,there were 27.3%(15/55) COX-2 protein expression in the p53 protein negative of 55 ovarian carcinoma (P<0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between COX-2 expression and p53 accumulation status.Conclusion:There is a COX-2 overexpression in ovarian carcinoma.Inactivation of antioncogene p53 and overexpression of COX-2 may play an interaction in the development of ovarian carcinoma.
