摘要
目的:探讨膀胱神经内分泌癌(NECC)的临床及病理学持征。方法:回顾分析NECC1例并复习有关文献予以讨论。结果:患者术后2周恢复良好、痊愈出院,病理检查为膀胱神经内分泌癌。结论:NECC是一少见高度恶性膀胱肿瘤,有独特的病理学特征,早期即可发生转移,预后较差。手术切除辅以放疗或全身化疗是目前主要治疗方案。
Objective:To investigate the clinical and pathological characteristi cs of bladder neuroendocrine carci-
noma (NECC). Methods:One case of bladder neu roendocrine carcinoma was analyzed retrospectively. Result: The pa-
tient was diagno sed as NECC by pathological examinaton and discharged two weeks after operation. Conclusion:NECC
was a rare bladder cancer with high malignancy and specific pathological charac teristics. Metastasis happened earlier
and the prognosis was poor. Radical resection combined with radiation and general chamical therapy was the main thera-
peutic regime.
