多层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像的临床应用

摘要 目的 :探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)冠状动脉成像技术的临床应用。方法 :对 2 1例可疑冠状动脉病变患者进行螺旋CT扫描 ,采用回顾性心电门控技术 ,主机用SnapShotSegment程序获得原始资料及AW 4 1工作站图像后处理 ,重建出各主要血管 ,并分析血管狭窄和闭塞程度。结果 :MSCT冠状动脉血管成像对冠状动脉近中段显示清晰 ,显示率达 89%以上 ;对冠状动脉狭窄显示良好 ,与临床符合率达 92 6 %。 5支搭桥血管中有 1支可见 >80 %的狭窄。结论 :MSCTA作为非侵入性冠状动脉血管成像技术 ,可作为评价冠状动脉病变的重要筛选方法。 Objective:To study the clinical application and of multislice spiral computer tomography angiography(MSCTA) in coronary artery.Methods:21 patients underwent examination of spiral CT.All volume data come from retrospectively ECG-gated multislice spiral row CT angiography were transferred to AW4.1 computer workstation for reconstraction.The patency of coronary artery and other branches were examined.The distribution and extend of coronary aterial stenosis were analyzed.Results:MSCTA showed the middle part of coronary vessels clearly,the displaying rate was over 89%.It was a good method in diaplaying coronary artery stenosis which coincided with clinical diagnosis over 92.6%.one of the five graft were revealed about 80% stenosis.Conclusion:MSCTA as a non-invasive examination is a valuable method in detecting the disease of coronary artery.
