神经内科住院患者医院感染病例分析

Nosocomial Infections in Department of Neurology:A Case Analysis

目的 为了探究神经内科住院患者医院感染发生的特点以寻找有效的防治措施。方法 应用回顾性调查研究的方法 ,对我院 2 0 0 0年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 12月出院的神经内科患者的医院感染发生情况进行调查分析。结果 神经内科的医院感染发生率为 5 0 9% ,居全院第 1位 ;以脑出血、帕金森病、蛛网膜下腔出血、脑梗死为基础疾病患者的医院感染发病率为高 ,医院感染部位以下呼吸道、泌尿道、上呼吸道、胃肠道为主 ,其中下呼吸道占4 7 19%。结论 神经内科医院感染率高应作为全院医院感染监控重点科室。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical characteristic of nosocomial infection so as to look for effective preventing measures in patients in the department of neurology. METHODS A retrospective analysis was made on inpatients in the department of neurology during the period from Jan 2000 to Dec 2002. RESULTS The infection rate of neurology was 5 09%,it was the first in our hospital. The infection occurred mainly in patients with cerebral hemorrhage of hypertension,Parkinson disease,subarachnoid hemorrhage, or cerebral infarction. The infection sites were mainly found in the respiratory tract, urinary tract, and gastrointestinal system,the lower respiratory tract reached 47 19%. CONCLUSIONS Nosocomial infection rate of neurology is high and department of neurology should be a key part in our hospital for nosocomial infection monitoring.
