手术患者抗菌药物使用的调查

Antibiotics Used Status on Surgical Operation Patients

目的 了解我院手术患者抗菌药物应用情况 ,加强抗菌药物的使用管理。方法 医院感染专职人员和部分临床医生回顾性抽样调查 2 0 0 2年 9月～ 2 0 0 3年 8月 ,手术患者抗菌药物应用情况 ,按调查表格逐一填写每项内容 ,然后统计分析。结果 调查手术病例 4 89份 ,抗菌药物使用率为 99.80 % ,围术期用药率平均为 5 3.6 9% ,术后用 1种抗菌药物者占使用人数的 73.6 2 % ,用药合理和基本合理者占 81.97%。结论 我院抗菌药物的使用基本合理 。

OBJECTIVE To know antibiotics used status on surgical operation patients in the hospital, and to strengthen the management of antibiotics usage. METHODS A total of 489 cases from Sep 2002 to Aug 2003 were sampled and reviewed by professional personnel of hospital infection and clinicians. RESULTS Most of surgical operation patients (99.86%) used antibiotics during perioperation period, the antibiotics usage rate was 53.69% ; 73.62% patients used one kind of antibiotic after operation; 81.97% cases used antibiotics reasonably. CONCLUSIONS It is reasonable that the usage of antibiotics on surgical operation patients in our hospital; the rate of antibiotic usage during perioperation period needs to increase.
