左氧氟沙星在老年院内下呼吸道感染的应用

Levofloxacin in Treating Hospital Acquired Lower Respiratory Infection among Elderly

目的 观察左氧氟沙星在老年院内下呼吸道感染中的疗效及安全性。方法 以老年院内下呼吸道感染患者为观察对象 ,给予左氧氟沙星 30 0mg/次 ,1～ 2次 /d ,静脉点滴 ,疗程 7～ 14d。结果 32例患者痊愈 17例 ,显效10例 ,进步 3例 ,总有效率 84 .4 % ,不良反应有 1例血管刺激症状、2例表现为夜间失眠 ,不良反应发生率 9 4 % ,未见肝、肾功能异常。结论 左氧氟沙星治疗老年院内下呼吸道感染疗效比较肯定 ,副作用少 。

OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect and security of levofloxacin in treating hospital acquired lower respiratory infection among elderly.METHODS The elderly suffered from hospital acquired lower respiratory infection were given levofloxacin intravenously 300 mg once to twice a day, the course of treatment was 7 to 14 days. RESULTS Among 32 patients 17 were cured, 10 were effective, 3 patients were improved, the total effective rate was 84.4%. Side effect was rare, one patient had vascular stimulating symptom and two patients suffered from insomnia, there was safely used in liver and kidney function of all patients. The side effect rate was 9.4%. CONCLUSIONS The levofloxacin in treating hospital acquired lower respiratory infection of old age has good curative effect and rare side effect.
