β-防御素caBD-1 mRNA在骆驼组织器官中的表达 被引量:14

摘要 根据已知的骆驼 β 防御素caBD 1cDNA序列设计了 1对预计扩增产物为 2 0 3bp的引物 ,通过RT PCR检测骆驼的整个消化道黏膜、肝、胰腺、气管黏膜、肺、肾、膀胱黏膜、卵巢、子宫内膜、脾、淋巴结、心等器官内caBD 1mRNA的表达。结果显示 :caBD 1mRNA在整个消化道、气管、膀胱、子宫等管状器官内的黏膜层有表达 ,而在实质性器官如心、肝、胰腺、肺、脾、淋巴结、卵巢、肾中无表达。提示 。 The total RNA was extracted from the epithelial tissues of camel tongue and the camel β-(defensin)-1(caBD-1) cDNA 301 bp in length was cloned by RT-PCR with a pair of primers, which was (designed) according the reported cDNA conserved sequences of cattle and sheep β-defensin. In order to (examine) the organs that expressed possibly caBD-1 mRNA in camel, another pair of primers, which was expected to amplify a fragment 203 bp in length, was designed again according the known caBD-1 (cDNA) (sequence). The expression of caBD-1 mRNA in different tissues of camel was examined by RT-PCR. The (result) indicated that the caBD-1 mRNA had been expressed in the mucosa of tongue,esophagus, proventriculus,abomasums, duodenum, jejumum, ileum, proximal colon, distal colon, rectum, trachea, bladder, uterus in the camels and had not been expressed in liver, pancreas, lung, kidney, spleen, lympho node, ovaries and heart of the camel. The expression of the caBD-1 mRNA suggested that caBD-1 may contribute to mucosal host defenses in camels.
