茯苓多糖对雏鸡细胞免疫活性的影响及其抗肿瘤作用 被引量:35

摘要 给 1日龄AA雏鸡经腹腔注射马立克氏病病毒 (MDV)强毒株 ( 0 .2mL/只 ) ,并从当日开始给试验组雏鸡以 3个剂量连续肌肉注射茯苓多糖 1周 ,分别于 7、14、2 8、4 2、5 6日龄取脾组织 ,制备脾细胞悬液 ,用ELISA法检测了雏鸡淋巴细胞转化率、NK细胞活性及M活性 ,并与对照组比较。结果表明 ,3个剂量均可显著提高雏鸡的淋巴细胞转化率、NK细胞活性及M活性 ,且中剂量组效果优于其他 2个剂量组。证实茯苓多糖能提高MDV强毒株感染雏鸡的细胞免疫活性 。 Two hundreds and forty 1-day-old chickens infected with vMDV solution at the dosage of (0.2) mL per chicken were divided into test group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ, and control group (60 each). The test group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were injected with pachyman at the dosage of 1,2 and 3 mg per chicken (respectively), and the control group was injected with normal saline at the dosage of 0.5 mL per chicken, for 1 week once a day. T lymphocyte transformation (LT) rate, natural killer (NK) cell activity and M activity were detected by the ELISA method on day 7,14,28,42 and 56 post-injection respectively. The results showed that LT rate, NK cell and M activities in the 3 test groups increased significantly (P<0.05) in comparison with that in the control group, and the results of the test group Ⅱ was better than that of the test group Ⅰ. The results suggested that pachyman could improve cell-medicated immunity activity and anti-tumor function in the chickens infected with vMDV.
