摘要
目的 探讨白细胞滤器性能的质量评价方法 ,降低输血反应发生率 ,确保临床患者安全输血。方法 应用全自动血细胞计数仪和 Nageotte计数法测定过滤前后血液中白细胞浓度、血小板浓度及胆固醇和甘油三酯浓度。结果 滤过前后悬浮红细胞中的白细胞浓度分别为 (7.18± 1.84 )× 10 9/ L 和 (2 .14± 2 .82 )× 10 6 / L;白细胞滤除率 99.97% ;过滤前后血小板计数分别为 (16 6 .86± 5 4 .2 3)× 10 9/ L 和 (38.19± 11.82 )× 10 9/ L,血小板去除率 77.11% ;过滤前后红细胞分别为 (5 .2 2± 0 .6 5 )× 10 1 1 / L 和 (4 .6 7± 0 .6 12 )× 10 1 1 / L,红细胞回收率 89.4 6 % ;滤过后胆固醇及甘油三酯浓度明显降低。结论 该白细胞滤器能够滤除绝大多数白细胞 ,减少输血患者感染机会 ;高效白细胞滤器的应用达到了确保临床输血安全 ,减少医院输血后感染和并发症 ,是临床输血工作中具有科学性和实用性的技术。
OBJECTIVETo search the method for assessment of white blood cell filter, and to decrease the blood transfusion infection rate, so as to ensure the safety of blood recipients. METHODSNageotte leucocyte count plate and automatic blood cell counter were used to measure the leucocyte and platelet concentration before and after filtration. Meanwhile,biochemistry analysis system was also used to detect the level of cholesterin and triglyceride before and after filtration. RESULTSThe concentration of white blood cell before and after filtration was (7.18±1.84)×109/L and (2.14±2.82)×106/L, respectively. The leucocyte reduction rate was 99.97%. While the concentration of platelet before and after filtration was (166.86±54.23)×109/L and (38.19±11.82)×109/L. The reduction of platelet was by 77.11%. The count of erythrocyte before and after filtration was (5.22 ±0.65)×10 11/L and (4.67±0.62)×10 11/L, respectively. The harvest rate of erythrocyte was 89.46%. The concentration of cholesterin and triglyceride declined obviously after filtration. CONCLUSIONSThe result showed that most of the leucocyte can be filtered by the filter and the infection of the blood recipients reduced greatly. The application of leucocyte filter ensure the safety of blood recipient, reduce the complication after blood transfusion. Leucocyte reduction is a kind of scientific and practical technology in blood transfusion practice.
