Thoughts and Measures Used in Current Nosocomial Infection Surveillance and Management

目的 根据医院感染发展现状及其监控与管理存在的问题 ,提出提高医院感染监控与管理水平的思路与措施。方法 总结我院的医院感染监控与管理的实践经验与相关文献报道。结果 现代医院感染监控与管理的思路与措施主要包括 :完善医院感染管理与控制体系 ;强化医院感染教育与再教育 ;加快新方法新技术在医院感染中的应用 ;建立医院感染网络信息一体化系统。结论 医院感染监控与管理是评价医院管理水平的重要指标 ,是提高医疗质量和确保医疗安全的重要保证。

OBJECTIVETo report the thoughts and measures to enhance the nosocomial infection surveillance and management based on developments and problems up-to-date.METHODS Our practice experience and peer-reviews of relevant literatures were summarized.RESULTS Major thoughts and measures included: perfection of surveillance and management systems; enhancement of education and continuing education; improvement of researches and developments on new methods and techniques; establishment of network information systems. CONCLUSIONS The nosocomial infection surveillance is an essential indicator of hospital administration and important guarantee of healthcare qualities and securities.
