摘要
目的 分析和了解医院感染对重症肝炎患者预后的影响。方法 回顾性分析和总结我院近 10年收治的96例重症肝炎患者的医院感染。结果 96例重症肝炎患者发生医院感染者 39例 (40 6 % ) ,发生医院感染的重症肝炎病者的病死率 (5 3 8% ) ,明显高于无医院感染的病例 (38 6 % ) ,两者差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 医院感染直接影响到重症肝炎的预后 ,发生医院感染的重症肝炎病死率相对高。
OBJECTIVE To study the influence of hospital infection on the patients with severe type of hepatitis. METHODS A total of 96 inpatient cases of serious hepatitis in our hospital during the last 10 years was retrospectively analysed. RESULTS Among them 39 cases were with hospital infection and their fatality rate was 53.8%. It was significat higher than that of patients without hospital infection 38.6% (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS The hospital infection could influence the prognosis of serious hepatitis patients.
