摘要
目的 探讨大鼠实验性急性坏死性胰腺炎 (acutenecrotizingpancreatitis,ANP)时神经递质P物质 (sub stanceP ,SP)的变化以及丹参处理对SP含量的影响。方法 试验分为组 1为丹参治疗组、组 2为未处理组、组 3为假手术组 ,用 5 %牛磺胆酸钠胰管内注入制备ANP模型 ,用放射免疫分析法进行SP测定 ;用 7170A全自动生化检测分析仪CNPG3 法测定胰淀粉酶水平 ,用HE染色观察胰腺病理学变化。结果 术后 2 4h未处理组SP含量和胰淀粉酶水平显著高于丹参处理组和假手术组 (P <0 0 1) ,丹参处理组该两项指标介于组 2、组 3两组之间 (P<0 0 5 ) ,病理学检查可见丹参处理组胰腺病理损伤程度显著轻于未处理组。结论 丹参对实验性ANP的治疗作用可能与其通过Ca2 + 阻滞作用抑制了神经元突触后神经递质SP的分泌释放 ,继而减少胰淀粉酶的分泌 ,减轻胰腺组织的“自身消化”性损伤有关。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae (RSM) on substance P (SP) in acute necrotizing pancreatits (ANP) in rats. METHODS ANP was induced by injection of 5% sodium taurocholate (1.5ml/kg) into the pancreatic tube. The SP content measured with radioimmunoassay, and the serum amylase and pancreatic histological changes were also observed. RESULTS SP content and serum amylase in no-treatment group after operation for 24 h was higher than that in RSM (6g/kg) and sham groups (P<0.01) significantly. The histological grading in RSM group was not serious comparing with no-treatment group. CONCLUSIONS The results suggested that the effect of RSM on anti-ANP probably relate to its role of Ca 2+-blocking, by which the SP secreted and released from neuron synaptolemma be decreased, then secretion of serum amylase from pancreatic acinar be reduced, and the histological damage of pancreas be alleviated.
