水质及水温对消毒清洗液浓度的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的 探讨消毒清洗液受水质及水温影响而导致浓度降低、消毒效果减弱的原因及对策。方法 分别做两组实验 :蒸馏水组 :室温下采用蒸馏水和自来水分别配制 2 %消毒清洗液 2 0杯 ,定时观察沉淀生成和浓度变化 ;自来水组 :用 10~ 6 0℃的自来水做溶剂 ,每隔 10℃为一组 ,每组 5杯 ,静置观察 1h沉淀生成和浓度变化。结果 蒸馏水配制的消毒清洗液无沉淀 ,自来水配制的消毒清洗液虽有少量沉淀 ,但不影响消毒液浓度和消毒效果 ;随着水温的增高 ,沉淀物逐渐增加 ,温度 >4 0℃ ,浓度≤ 0 0 5 % ,低于消毒要求。结论 水质对消毒液浓度影响不大 ,不影响消毒效果 ,水温 >4 0℃时 ,影响消毒液浓度 ,建议应用蒸馏水或 <4 0℃的自来水配制消毒清洗液。 OBJECTIVE To discuss the influence of the water quality and the temperature to the concentration of disinfectant solution. METHODS Two different experiments were undertaken.1.Distilled water and tap-water were used to dissolve 20-cups disinfectant solution in room temperature. Deposit generation and concentration changes were observed periodically. 2.Tap-water of 10-60℃ was used as a solvent. The solution was divided into groups every 10℃, 5 cups per group, deposit generation and concentration changes were observed in 1 hour. RESULTS 1. No deposit has been found in the disinfectant solution that was prepared with distilled water. Although some deposit has been found in the antiseptic solution dissolved with tap-water, their concentration or sterile effect was not influenced. 2.It is shown that the higher the water temperature was,the more the deposit had increased. When the temperature was above 40℃, the concentration of antiseptic solution was less than 0.05%,which fail to disinfect. CONCLUSIONS Water quality doesn't influence the concentration of disinfectant solution and its sterile effect. When the temperature is higher than 40℃, the antiseptic solution concentration will be influenced. It suggested that the distilled water or tap-water whose temperature is lower than 40℃ be chosen to prepare the antiseptic solution.
