摘要
目的 全面探讨血小板型磷脂酶 A2 (PL A2 ) m RNA在正常大鼠体内的分布情况 ,增加对血小板型 PL A2的了解。方法 从大鼠不同器官和组织的匀浆中提取总 RNA ,合成第 1链 c DNA,利用 PCR扩增大鼠血小板型PL A2 DNA。结果 在我们研究的 30种器官和组织中 ,除唾液腺和胰腺之外 ,都能检测到血小板型 PL A2 m RNA,其中 ,在肺、腹主动脉、腹静脉、血液、大肠、胸腺、骨髓、膀胱和子宫中尤其丰富。结论 血小板型 PL A2 m RNA广泛分布在大鼠的各个器官和组织中 ,在防御细菌感染的过程中 ,除参与先天性免疫之外 ,在适应性免疫中也可能扮演重要角色。
OBJECTIVE To investigate systematically the distribution of platelet phospholipase A 2 (PLA 2) mRNA in normal rat organs and tissues, for increasing our knowledge about the role of platelet PLA 2. METHODS The total RNA were extracted from organs and tissues homogenates. Then the first-strand cDNA was synthesized and platelet PLA 2 DNA was amplified by PCR. RESULTS Platelet PLA 2 mRNA were found in almost all samples of 30 various organs and tissues, except salivary gland and pancreas. Among them, platelet PLA 2 mRNA content was relatively rich in lung, abdominal aorta, abdominal main vein, blood, large intestine, thymus, bone marrow, bladder and uterus. CONCLUSIONS Platelet PLA 2 mRNA widely distribute in various organs and tissues of rat. In the process of host defense against bacterial infection, besides the role of congenital immunity, they may take part in adaptive immunity.
