46例重型肝炎合并口腔真菌感染的护理

Nursing of 46 Hepatic Failure Patients with Mouth Cavity Fungal Infection

目的 探讨重型肝炎合并口腔真菌感染的护理方法。方法 对 4 6例住院重型病毒性肝炎合并口腔真菌感染患者 ,采用抗真菌药物局部涂抹、雾化吸入 ,观察口腔护理效果。结果 4 6例患者中 39例口腔真菌感染痊愈。结论 合理的口腔护理可促进口腔真菌感染愈合 ,有效减少了院内深部真菌感染的发生。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the method to nurse hepatic failure patients with mouth cavity fungal infection. METHODS A total of 46 hepatic failure patients with mouth cavity fungal infection treated with active and reasonable nursing, local applying antifungal drugs, and aspirating atomized liquid, and the effects were observed. RESULTS Thirty nine of the 46 patients recovered from mouth cavity fungal infection. CONCLUSIONS Reasonable mouth cavity nursing would help to cure the fungal infection in mouth cavity, and decrease the incidence of deep part fungal infection.
