左氧氟沙星与头孢噻肟治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效比较

Levofloxacin versus Cefotaxime in Treating Lower Respiratory Tract Infections

目的 比较左氧氟沙星注射液与头孢噻肟针剂治疗社区获得性下呼吸道感染的临床疗效、细菌清除率和安全性。方法 将 6 0例社区获得性下呼吸道感染的患者随机分为左氧氟沙星治疗组和头孢噻肟治疗组 ,观察两组患者的临床疗效、细菌清除率和不良反应。结果 左氧氟沙星组 30例患者 ,总有效率 93.3% ,细菌清除率91.7% ,不良反应发生率为 3.3%。头孢噻肟治疗组 30例患者 ,总有效率 90 .0 % ,细菌清除率 88.7% ,不良反应发生率为 3.3%。结论 左氧氟沙星和头孢噻肟治疗社区获得性下呼吸道感染的临床疗效、细菌清除率和安全性差异无显著性。

OBJECTIVE To compare the clinical efficacy, the eradication rates of pathogens and safety between levofloxacin and cefotaxime in treating community acquired lower respiratory tract infections. METHODS Sixty patients with community acquired lower respiratory tract infections were randomly divided to receive levofloxacin or cefotaxime. Observation on the clinical efficacy, the eradication rates of pathogens and the rates of side effects were made. RESULTS In the levofloxacin group, 93.3% of the patients were clinically cured or improved compared with 90.0% of the patients in the cefotaxime group, the eradication rates of pathogens were 91.7% and 88.7%, respectively. And the rates of side effects were 3.3% and 3.3%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS No significant difference in the clinical efficacy, the eradication rates of pathogens and safety are observed between 2 groups in treating community acquired lower respiratory tract infections.
