Acinetobacter baumannii Infection and Drug-resistance: A Trend Analysis of Three Years

目的 了解鲍氏不动杆菌感染及耐药性变化的趋势。方法 分析 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年分离自住院患者标本的鲍氏不动杆菌及其耐药性资料。结果 3年间共分离到鲍氏不动杆菌 111株 ,以 ICU内下呼吸道感染为主 ,对亚胺培南耐药率最低 ,平均 5 .4 % ,对其他抗生素均有较高的耐药率 ,以头孢菌素类尤甚。结论 警惕并重视鲍氏不动杆菌感染 ,注意病原菌及耐药率的监测 ,规范抗生素应用 ,保持敏感抗生素的抗菌活性。

OBJECTIVE To seek the trend of Acinetobacter baumannii infection and its drug-resistantce. METHODS The data of A.baumannii infection and its drug-resistance during the period of 2000 to 2002 were analyzed. RESULTS A total of 111 strains of A.baumannii were isolated from inpatients. It was incremental each year, the incremental rate was 146% and 106%. The main infections were in the lower respiratory tract among inpatients of ICU. The lowest rate of drug-resistance was imipenem, the average rate was 5.4%. The other antibiotics all had higher rate of drug-resistance, cephalosporins were more severe. CONCLUSIONS We must keep an eye out for A.baumannii infection. To attach importance to find out pathogen and its drug-resistant change. To apply antibiotics regularly and rationally so that keeping the activity of effective antibiotics.
