摘要
目的 了解面颈部放线菌病感染特点 ,提供诊治该病的最新观点和依据。方法 手工检索解放军总医院建院以来的所有口腔科住院病历 ,计算机检索以面颈部放线菌病为主题词 1988～ 2 0 0 2年底的全院住院患者。结果 共有 7例面颈部放线菌病患者 ,年龄 (2 5 .83± 8.6 1)岁 ,男性 6例 ,早期诊断困难 ,手术及青霉素应用疗效良好。结论 认识和警惕该病是早日确诊的关键 ,及时手术无论对诊断还是治疗都是有益的 ,抗生素应首选青霉素 ,且应用要足量 ,并维持至少 30 d。
