Selection of scaffolds for tissue engineering of tooth-like structures

摘要 目的 :优选应用于牙齿组织工程的无机和复合型支架材料。方法 :将生长因子诱导后的人牙源性间充质细胞与天然珊瑚、陶瓷化骨以及Collagraft复合材料相复合进行体外培养 ,采用扫描电镜和细胞计数法观察和比较细胞在各种三维支架中的生长、增殖情况。结果 :细胞在陶瓷化骨和Collagraft复合材料表面伸展充分 ,生长良好 ,增殖活跃 ,细胞表面可见多数分泌颗粒 ,而天然珊瑚表面附着细胞很少 ,伸展不够充分 ,增殖也不明显。结论 :陶瓷化骨和Collagraft复合材料适宜牙源性间充质细胞的生长 ,可以作为构建组织工程牙齿样结构的支架材料。 AIM:To select the inorganic-and composite-mat erials as scaffolds for tissue engineering of tooth.METHODS:Th e induced human dental mesenchymal cells were seeded onto natural coral,CBB and Collagraft.After in vitro culture,cell growth and proliferation on different scaffolds were determined with SEM and cell counting.RESULTS: The cells adhered and proliferated well on CBB and Collagraft,and many secretary particles could be found on the cellular surface,while on the natural coral,cel ls could not extend and proliferate well.CONCLUSION:CBB and Co llagraft showed good biocompatibility with dental mesenchymal cells, which can b e used as scaffolds for tissue engineering of tooth.
