离体上颌第二前磨牙根管颊舌向弯曲的发生情况

Root canal curvature of human maxillary second premolars in buccolingual directions

目的 :确定人上颌第二前磨牙的颊舌向根管弯曲程度和情况。方法 :收集 2 13个离体的上颌第二前磨牙 ,拍近远中向的X线片 ,用Photoshop5 .0软件分析根管 ,Weine氏法测量根管的弯曲度 ,测量角度大于 18度时 ,则认为根管有明显的弯曲 ,根管的构型采用Vertucci分类法。结果 :单根单根管上颌第二前磨牙的根管弯曲仅有 2个 ,单根双根管牙齿的根管明显弯曲有 6个 ,在 2 8个双根牙中有明显根管弯曲的 6个 ,根管弯曲的牙齿总发生率为 6 .6 % (14 /2 13)。根管弯曲的发生部位多为根尖 1/3或附近。结论 :上颌第二前磨牙颊舌向根管弯曲的发生率较低。

AIM:To determine the frequency and degree ofroot canal curvature of human maxillary second premolars in buccolingual directi ons.METHODS:213 extracted maxillary second premolars were usedin this study.Radiograph of teeth in mesiodistal direction were taken.The canalcurvature were determined according to the method described by Weine using Phot oshop5.0 by computer,the degree calculated over 18 degrees considered having cu rved root canal.Root canals were classified according Vertucci′s classification .RESULTS:There were only two curved root canal in maxillary se cond premolars with one root canal,six curved root canals occurred in the teethwith one root had two root canals,6 of 28 teeth with two root had curved root ca nals,the total 6.6% of maxillary second premolars had curved root canals.The mos t of root canals curvatures showed in the apical 1/3 root region or near the api cal 1/3 root region.CONCLUSION:The occurrence of curved root c anal in buccolingual directionsmay be low in human maxillary second premolars.[
