Regional anatomy of penile deep dorsal vein

目的 :研究阴茎背深静脉 (DDV)的局部解剖 ,为相关疾病的诊断和治疗提供帮助。方法 :对死亡原因和生前阴茎勃起状况不明的 14具甲醛处理的成年男性尸体DDV进行解剖 ,记录和描述DDV各段属支数目走行特点。结果 :14具标本中 7具为双干 ,共有 2 1支DDV ;在 8个标本 ,共有 9支DDV进入一侧阴部内静脉 ;7个标本在固定段有属支 ,共 9支 ;在悬垂段 ,中间属支成丛状在中间沟内注入DDV的海绵体侧。结论 :解剖发现了一些与临床诊断和手术治疗密切相关的因素 ,在研究和临床工作中应该适当重视。

Objective:To investigate the regional anatomy of penile deep dorsal veins to help the urologist in diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The penis of 14 formalin preserved adults cadavers(whose health condition, penile erection condition when alive, exact age and cause of death were unknown) were dissected deatailedly. The numbers and character were recorded and described.Results:Of the 14 penis, 7 had double DDV trunks, there were 21 trunks totally. 9 trunks in 8 penis drained into internal pudendal veins directly. 7 penis had 9 branches in the fixed portion where had been considered few branches before. Most of the median branches drained into DDV plexiformly in the pendulous portion.Conclusions:The interesting anatomical findings of deep dorsal veins closely are associated with clinical diagnosis and surgical therapy, which are useful to the urologist in clinical work in the future.
