摘要
以聚合 β 环糊精作为毛细管区带电泳手性选择剂 ,成功分离了 2 苯氧丙酸 (PPA)、顺式 功夫菊酸(cis PA)、1 苯基 2 (对甲苯基 )乙胺 (PTE)和 1 苯基 2 (对甲氧基苯基 )乙胺 (PME) 4种光学活性农药中间体的对映体。考察了不同手性选择剂及其浓度、背景电解质的 pH等操作条件对分离的影响。结果表明 ,在 12kV操作电压下、30mmol/Ltris HCl背景电解质中 ,用 14g/L聚合 β CD作为手性选择剂 ,PPA和cis PA对映体在 pH 6 .0时 ,PTE和PME对映体分别在 pH 2 .5和 pH 3.0时可以被较好分离。在优化的分离条件下 ,用聚合 β CD作毛细管区带电泳手性选择剂分离PTE对映体的分离度为 1.5 13,成功测定了两种旋光性PTE的对映体过量值。
The enantiomers of 2 phenoxypropionic acid (PPA), cis 3 (2 Chloro 3,3,3 trifluoropropenyl) 2,2 dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylic acid ( cis PA), 1 phenyl 2 ( p tolyl) ethylamine (PTE) and 1 phenyl 2 ( p methoxyphenyl)ethylamine (PME) were well separated using β cyclodextrin polymer (CD polymer) as chiral selector for capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE). The separation conditions were optimized by changing the types of chiral selector, the concentration of CD polymer, and pH of background electrolyte. The optimal operate conditions were obtained with 12 kV as separate voltage, 14 g/L CD polymer in 30 mmol/L tris HCl as background electrolyte buffer, whereas pH 6 for both PPA and cis PA, pH 2.5 and pH 3 for PTE and PME respectively . The resolution ( R s) for PTE enantiomers under the optimal CE condition was 1.513. The enantiomer excess (e.e.%) of two optically active PTE was also determined successfully under its optimal condition by CZE.
