摘要 细胞间隙连接通讯 (GJIC)在多细胞动物细胞的生长、分化和凋亡等生理过程中发挥着重要调节作用。研究表明大多数转化细胞和肿瘤细胞GJIC功能减弱或消失。阻止肿瘤促进剂对细胞GJIC功能的抑制或恢复癌细胞GJIC功能将对肿瘤的预防和治疗具有重要意义。 Gap junctional intercellular communication (GJIC) has been specu la ted to be a necessary biological function of metazoan cells for the regulation o f growth control, differentiation and apoptosis of normal progenitor cells. Rese arches show that most transformed cells and tumor cells have reduced or abolished GJIC. The prevention of the down regulation of GJIC by the tumor promoters or the restoration of GJIC in neoplastic cells may have potential in prevention and therapy of cancer.
