钛板内固定治疗面骨骨折的临床总结

Internal fixation with titanium plate for the treatment of facial fracture

目的 面骨骨折的治疗旨在恢复面骨的解剖形态 ,重建咬牙合功能 ,矫正面部畸形。方法 将骨折端复位后 ,用钛板骨间内固定 ,并用颌间牵引固定 3- 14天。结果 5 6例面骨骨折患者均取得满意的效果。

Objective To clarify the effect of titanium plate on the treatment of facial fracture. Methods Fifty-six patients suffering from facial fracture were treated in our hospital from June 1999 to June 2003. The treatment procedure consisted of correcting the dislocation of the bone, fixing the fractured bone with titanium plate, and then consistently tracting between the maxilla and the mandible for 3-14 days. Results All the cases of facial fracture gained satisfactory effects. Conclusion Titanium plate is an ideal apparatus of internal fixation in the treatment of facial fracture.
