摘要
目的 探讨自体颅骨漂浮骨瓣在颅脑手术中的临床应用。方法 术中让颅骨瓣浮于骨窗上硬脑膜与骨膜之间 ,骨瓣不做固定。结果 颅骨漂浮骨瓣术后早期有颅内减压作用 ,待脑水肿消退后 ,骨瓣自动回复 ,后期骨瓣可达临床愈合。结论 颅脑损伤等疾病手术治疗 ,行自体漂浮颅骨瓣术式具有可靠的自动颅内减压 ,避免去骨瓣因颅骨缺损行
Objective To explore the application of autogenous, floating cranial bone flap in craniocerebral operations. Methods During the operation, the cranial flap was floated on the bone window between the pachymeninx and periosteum with bone tip unfixed.Results Autogenous floating cranial bone flap could reduce intracerebral pressure in the early time and the bone flap would recover automatically after the subsidence of cerebral edema. The bone flap could reach clinical recovery at last.Conclusion The application of autogenous floating cranial bone flap in neurosurgery is a reliable way to decrease intracerebral pressure and in the mean time it will abate the sufferings and expenditure of patients following secondary crinial bone repair that has to be taken for cranial-bone defection.
