摘要 目的测定鼻息肉病人鼻息肉组织和血清中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)活性、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量的变化并探讨其意义。方法通过生物化学方法分别测定30例鼻息肉病人鼻息肉组织和血清中SOD的活性与MDA含量,以20例鼻中隔偏曲病人的下鼻甲黏膜和血清作为对照组。结果①实验组SOD活性显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。②实验组MDA含量显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论①鼻息肉病人清除自由基能力下降,脂质过氧化反应活跃。②提示自由基代谢紊乱为鼻息肉的发病机制之一。 Objective To determine SOD activity and MDA level and study the significance in polyp and serum of nasal polyp patients. Methods Specimens of polyp and serum of the experiment group were obtained from 30 patients with nasal polyp. Control specimens of inferior turbinate mucosa and serum were acquired from 20 patients with nasal septum. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) level of specimens and serum were measured. The data were analysed by unpaired t test. Results ① The activity of SOD in polyp and serum of nasal polyp patients was 6.03 ± 2.26 NU/mgprot and 61.98 ± 10.99 NU/ml . In the control group was 8.86 ± 2.87 NU/mgprot and 74.25 ± 12.01 NU/ml . The activity of SOD in the nasal polyp group was remarkably lower compared with that in the control group (P< 0.01 ). ② The mean MDA levels in polyp and serum of nasal polyp patients were 0.567 ± 0.090 nmol/mgprot and 6.800 ± 0.998 nmol/ml, respectively. In control group were 0.408 ± 0.103 nmol/mgprot and 5.174 ± 1.039 nmol/ml . MDA levels in nasal polyp group were significantly higher compared with control specimens (P< 0.01 ). Conclusion ① In nasal polyp patients the ability to clean out the free radical has descended, the reaction of lipid peroxidation is very active. ② The study indicates that disturbance of free radical metabolism is one of the pathogenesis of nasal polyp.
