全血快速检测甲胎蛋白胶体金免疫层析方法的研制和应用

Study on the assay of rapid gold immunochromatography for blood AFP detection

目的 :建立一种简便、快速、准确的检测甲胎蛋白 (AFP)的方法。方法 :采用单克隆抗体胶体金标记技术 ,运用双抗体夹心法免疫层析原理 ,建立全血快速AFP胶体金层析法。结果 :与ELISA法进行对比 ,AFP全血试纸条的阳性符合率 98.31% ,阴性符合率 96 .4 6 % ,总符合率 97.0 9%。结论 :AFP全血试纸条具有快速简便 ,结果易判 ,无需仪器设备 ,末梢全血可即采即测等优点 ,能满足急诊检验的需要 ,尤其为大面积的体检普查 。

Aim: To study the rapid gold immunochromatography assay for blood AFP detection.Methods: The anti-AFP monoclonal antibody was used.The marker was used by labelling colloidal gold.The standard sample,unknown sample were tested with strips and ELISA.Results: Comparison to the method of ELISA, strips method to detect AFP had 98.31% of positive conform rate,96.46% of negtive conform rate, and 97.09% of whole conform rate.Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid,and fit for emergency and rapid screening on physical examination.
