Expressions of Fas and FasL in patients with optic neuritis

目的探讨视神经炎患者外周血淋巴细胞Fas和FasL的表达及意义。方法用流式细胞术检测26例视神经炎患者外周血淋巴细胞Fas和FasL的表达情况,并以26例同期住院的非免疫相关性疾病患者作为对照。结果视神经炎患者淋巴细胞Fas和FasL表达水平高于对照组(t值分别为2932、4647,P<0001)。Fas和FasL表达之间呈正相关(r=0516;P=0003)。结论Fas和FasL可能参与视神经炎的发病过程,Fas系统介导的自身免疫机制和细胞凋亡可能是髓鞘损害的主要原因。

Objective To investigate the changes of Fas and FasL on lymphocyte in peripheral blood in patient with optic neuritis.Methods The expressions of Fas,FasL on lymphocyte in peripheral blood were measured by flow cytometry from 26 patients with optic neuritis.Results The expression of Fas and FasL in optic neuritis group was higher than that in the control group(t 1=2 932,t 2=4 647, P <0 001).There was positive association between Fas and FasL( P =0 003).Conclusions Fas and FasL might be involved in the pathogenesis of optic neuritis.
