摘要 目的探讨眼内和眼眶病变的三维超声的图像特征和应用价值。方法采用眼科超声三维成像仪检查9例眼内病变,6例眼眶肿瘤患者,并测量肿瘤体积。结果三维超声可显示所有受检者的眼内和眼眶病变,图像清晰,立体直观;7例眼内肿瘤平均体积7125mm3;6例眼眶肿瘤平均体积24575mm3。结论眼科超声三维成像可显示病变的空间,并测量体积,有临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the character of intraocular and orbital diseases by three-dimension ultrasound and determine the potential and usefulness of it.Methods Three-dimension ultrasound was performed on 9 cases of intraocular diseases and 6 cases of orbital tumors.Volume of tumors were measured by it.Results All cases were showed by three-dimension ultrasound.Three-dimension images were sharp and stereotyped.The mean volume of 7 cases of intraocular tumor is 712 5mm 3;6 cases of orbital tumor is 2457 5mm 3.Conclusions Three-dimension ultrasound seems to be a valuble ultrasonic technique on the evaluation of structure,position and measurement volume in ophthalmology.
