摘要
目的 获取正常人视乳头地形图总体与局部参数正常值及其形态特征 ,探讨性别、眼别、年龄和视盘面积 (DA)地形图参数的关系。方法 运用海德堡视网膜断层扫描仪 (Heidelbergretinatomograph ,HRT)检测 116例 (2 16只正常眼 )正常人视乳头地形图总体和局部参数 ,分析性别、眼别、年龄与视乳头地形图参数的关系 ,将DA以 1 5mm2 和 2 5mm2 为界分为小、中、大视盘三组进行各组参数的比较。结果 正常人 116例 (116只眼 )视乳头地形图正常值 :DA为 (2 0 2 8± 0 4 11)mm2 ,视杯面积 (CA)为 (0 4 6 6± 0 35 5 )mm2 ,杯 /盘面积 (C/DAR)比值为 (0 2 17± 0 137) ,盘沿面积 (RA)为 (1 5 6 3±0 339)mm2 ,视乳头轮廓线高度变化 (HVC)值为 (0 4 0 4± 0 0 96 )mm ,视杯容积 (CV)为 0 12 7mm3 ,盘沿容积 (RV)为 (0 4 4 6± 0 173)mm3 ,平均视杯深度 (MCD)为 (0 196± 0 0 96 )mm ,最大视杯深度 (MxCD)为(0 5 5 9± 0 2 2 8)mm ,视杯形态测量 (CSM)为 (- 0 2 13± 0 0 76 )mm ,平均视网膜神经纤维层厚度(mRNFLT)为 (0 2 72± 0 0 76 )mm ,视网膜神经纤维层截面面积 (RNFLA)为 (1 36 4± 0 375 )mm2 。性别间各参数差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。C/DAR、RA及RV值眼别间差异有显著意义 (P
Objective To study the optic nerve head (ONH) parameters and topograph features of normal subjects, and analyze the effect of gender, laterality, age and disc size on the topograph of ONH. Methods Heidelberg Retina Tomograph (HRT) was used to obtain the optic nerve head parame ters and topograph images in 216 eyes of 116 normal volunteers. The impact of g ender, laterality, age and disc size on the topograph was analyzed. The optic d isc was divided into three groups by their size, small (less than 1.5 mm2), m iddle and large disc (equal or larger than 2.5 mm2), to evaluate the differen ces of parameters. Results The parameters of ONH in normal eyes were as following: disc area (DA) (2.208± 0.411) mm2, cup area (CA) (0.466±0.355) mm2, cup/disk area ratio (C/DAR) (0.217±0.137), rim area (RA) (1.563±0.339) mm2, height variation contou r (HVC) (0.404±0.096) mm, cup volume (CV) 0.127 mm3, rim volume (RV) (0.4 46±0.173) mm3, mean cup depth (MCD) (0.196±0.096) mm, maximum cup depth ( MxCD) (0.559±0.228) mm, cup shape measure (CSM) (-0.213±0.076), mean retin al nerve fiber layer thickness (mRNFLT) (0.272±0.076) mm, and retinal nerve f iber layer cross section area (RNFLA) (1.364±0.375) mm2. There were signif icant differences between right and left eyes in C/DAR, RA and RV, but no differ ence between different genders in all parameters. A negative correlation was fo und between mRNFLT,RNFLA and age. There were significant differences in most p arameters among three groups with different disc size, such as CA, C/DAR, CV, RA and CSM, but not in mRNFLT, RNFLA and RV. Conclusions Significant variations were found in parameters of ONH in normal subjects. Some parameters of ONH were affected by age and optic disc size. There were differe nces in some parameters between right and left eyes, but not between different g enders. There were differences of parameters between different quadrants of ONH .
