成都市青羊区居民高血压认知和行为的监测

SURVEILLANCE REPORT OF RESIDENTS' ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR ON HYPERTENSION IN QING YANY DISTRICT OF CHENGDU CITY.

目的 :了解我区居民对高血压的相关意识和行为的变化 ,以便制定高血压防治的干预策略和措施。方法 :采用 3阶段固定样本分层随机抽样方法自 1 996年到 2 0 0 1年对青羊区居民高血压相关知识和高血压行为进行了连续 6年的监测。结果 :平均 4 6 %的监测人群不了解正常血压 ,但随文化程度提高正常血压知晓率提高 ,正常血压知晓率男女间差异无显著性 (χ2 =3.1 79,P>0 .0 5 ) ;34.7%的人群不知道 35岁以上每年应测量一次血压 ,但测量血压意识随着文化程度的提高而上升 ,两性间差异无显著性 (χ2 =1 .87,P>0 .0 5 ) ;2 6 .3%的人群不了解高血压病会演变成更严重的心脑疾病 ,两性间差异无显著性 (χ2 =1 .77,P>0 .0 5 ) ;平均 7.2 %的人群完全不知道如何控制高血压 ,非药物治疗知晓率偏低 ,尤其对于控制体重平均认识率不到 38.0 %,本组两性间差异无显著性 (χ2 =2 .72 ,P>0 .0 5 ) ;人群中 1年内血压测量率平均仅为 2 6 .6 %;人群中高血压病人每周测量血压率 2 0 0 1年仅为 1 4 %,部分人确诊后未再测量。结论 :人群对高血压的认识以及高血压防治意识有待加强 ,高血压病卫生服务现状不容乐观。必须重视居民健康教育工作 ,提高群众的自我保护意识 ;并且加强社区人群防治和对患者的管理。

Objective:To find out residents variety of consciousness and behavioral on hypertension for The establishment the interfering-strategy of hypertension prevention and cure.Methods:Residents' consciousness and behavior on hypertension from 1996 to 2001 were surveyed by methods of three-stage sampling on urban population as sampling frame.Results:46% surveillance people in average did not have understanding of normal value of blood pressure, 34.7% people did not know that adult over 35 years old should be tested their blood pressure every year. 26.3% people did not have understanding that the complication of hypertension is serious cardio-cerebrovascular diseases. 7.2% people did not know how to control hypertension in all.People also have poor knowledge in therapy without medicine.Only 26.6% people tested their blood pressure in past year.Conclusion:Further communicate knowledge on the harmness of hypertension should be strengthened to enhance peoples'awareness of checking hypertension.
