摘要
[目的]探讨茵栀黄注射液与丙谷胺联合应用治疗肝细胞性黄疸的临床疗效。[方法]肝细胞性黄疸80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组42例,对照组38例,两组均给予保肝、支持、输液等治疗,同时治疗组采用茵栀黄注射液30 ml加入5％葡萄糖注射液250 ml中静脉滴注,1次／d;丙谷胺1 g,2次／d,口服,2周为1个疗程。2周后评估临床症状及复查血总胆红素水平。[结果]治疗后治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(90.5％、68.4％,P<0.05);血总胆红素水平均明显好转[(53.1±22.4)、(110.8±41.2)mmol／L,P<0.05]。[结论]茵栀黄注射液与丙谷胺联合应用对肝细胞性黄疸有较好疗效。
<abstract>bjective] To study the clinical effect of Yinzhihuang and Proglumide on hepatogenous jaundice. [Methods] Eighty patients with hepatogenous jaundive were randomly divided into control group( n = 38) and treatment group( n =42). Yinzhihuang injection(30 ml·d-1, introvein drip) and progiumide (1g,bid,oral)were applied in the treatment group for two weeks,while common drugs were used in the control group and the treatment group. After the course of treatment ended, the symptoms were accessed and Tbil was detected. [Results] After treatment,the symptoms and Tbil were improved in two group, but the effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Union application of Yinzhihuang injection and Proglumide has a good effect on hepatogenous jaundice.
